1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Only items in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging are eligible for return.
  • Core components, consumable parts (blades, belts, screens), or customized machines are not eligible for standard returns unless defective.

Note: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 7 days.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will:

  • Replace the damaged parts free of charge
  • Offer repair guidance or replacement solutions
  • Cover return shipping costs if the damage is verified

Please provide photos, videos, or other documentation for verification.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization.
  4. Ship the product back to the designated address with proper packaging.
  5. Upon receipt and verification, we will process refund or replacement according to the approved request.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the return is approved and the item is received.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defective or damaged products.

5. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for same-model products if the original item is eligible for return.
  • Contact our support team to arrange the exchange and shipping instructions.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Consumable parts: blades, belts, screens, rubber parts
  • Customized machines or special orders
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, overloading, or external factors

7. International Returns

  • Customers outside of China are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • We provide necessary documentation for customs clearance if applicable.
