1. Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Only items in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging are eligible for return.
- Core components, consumable parts (blades, belts, screens), or customized machines are not eligible for standard returns unless defective.
Note: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 7 days.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will:
- Replace the damaged parts free of charge
- Offer repair guidance or replacement solutions
- Cover return shipping costs if the damage is verified
Please provide photos, videos, or other documentation for verification.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Provide photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization.
- Ship the product back to the designated address with proper packaging.
- Upon receipt and verification, we will process refund or replacement according to the approved request.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method once the return is approved and the item is received.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defective or damaged products.
5. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for same-model products if the original item is eligible for return.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Consumable parts: blades, belts, screens, rubber parts
- Customized machines or special orders
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, overloading, or external factors
7. International Returns
- Customers outside of China are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
- We provide necessary documentation for customs clearance if applicable.
