Warranty Period:
- Complete Machine: 12 months from the delivery date
- Core Components: 24 months (motor, main shaft, cutter head, gearbox)
- Lifetime Support: Free remote technical assistance for the life of the machine
What Is Covered:
- Manufacturing defects and assembly issues
- Free replacement of defective core parts during the warranty period
- 24/7 multilingual remote support
- Installation guidance, operation training, and maintenance tutorials
What Is Not Covered:
- Consumables: blades, screens, belts, rubber parts
- Damage due to misuse, modification, overloading, or external factors
- Force majeure events

2. Shipping Policy
Fast, Safe & Reliable Delivery
- Shipping Methods: Sea freight, air freight, express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
- Estimated Delivery Times: Sea freight 20–45 days, Air 5–10 days, Express 3–7 days
- Shipping Costs: Calculated by weight, volume, and destination; customers pay import duties/taxes
- Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the customer upon shipment
- Force Majeure: Delivery times may be extended for events beyond our control
