High-Torque Diesel Engine with Intelligent Load Control
This commercial branch chipper is equipped with a 25HP single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled diesel engine, delivering strong and stable cutting torque for continuous chipping operations. The intelligent feeding control system automatically adjusts feeding speed according to engine load, stopping feeding at high load and resuming at low load, effectively preventing jamming and ensuring safe long-time operation.
Hydraulic Roller Automatic Feeding System
The hydraulic-driven serrated feed roller clamps branches tightly for stable automatic traction feeding, no manual pushing required. It supports forward, reverse and stop three-speed control, with adjustable feeding speed to adapt to branches of different diameters and hardness, greatly improving processing efficiency and operation safety.
Towable Wheeled Chassis for Flexible Site Transfer
Built on a heavy-duty wheeled chassis with standard 2-inch trailer hitch, the machine can be towed by vehicles for fast transfer between work sites. The foldable hand crank jack achieves stable leveling and fixation during operation to offset vibration. The chassis is equipped with tail lights and feed illumination lamps, adapting to outdoor mobile operation and night work scenarios.
High-Efficiency Disc Cutting System with Uniform Chip Output
The core cutting chamber adopts a heavy-duty cutter disc with 4 moving blades plus 1 fixed blade, featuring sharp cutting performance and excellent wear resistance. The 360° quick-adjust discharge chute allows flexible adjustment of chip output direction. The fully enclosed protective cover structure shields internal components from dust and impact, improving operation safety and extending service life.
