High-Torque Diesel Engine with Dual Start System
This wood branch chipper is equipped with a 25HP single-cylinder 4-stroke air-cooled diesel engine, delivering stable cutting torque for long-time outdoor operations. It supports both electric start and recoil backup start, works normally in low-temperature environments. Built-in 750W generator can power external lighting and small tools, adapting to field work without grid power. The intelligent load control system automatically adjusts feeding speed to prevent jamming.
Hydraulic Roller Automatic Feeding System
The hydraulic-driven serrated feed roller firmly clamps branches within 12 cm diameter, realizing fully automatic traction feeding without manual pushing. It supports 3-speed manual control: forward, reverse and stop, adjustable for branches of different hardness and sizes. Compared with similar models, the intelligent load-sensing feeding logic reduces jamming failure rate by 30%.
Towable Wheeled Chassis for Flexible Site Transfer
Built on a heavy-duty welded steel frame, it is equipped with a standard 2-inch trailer hitch and 2 pieces of 13-inch off-road pneumatic tires, and can be towed by ordinary pickup trucks for fast transfer between scattered work sites. The foldable hand crank jack completes leveling and fixation within 1 minute during operation. The chassis integrates tail lights and feed inlet lighting, supporting safe night operation.
Heavy-Duty Cutting System + Full Safety Protection
The 420mm heavy-duty cutter disc is configured with 4 moving blades and 1 fixed blade, made of hardened alloy steel, maintaining sharpness for 200 hours of continuous operation. The 360° rotatable discharge chute with 1800mm height can directly dock with transport truck hoppers. The front integrated throttle and emergency stop handle realizes shutdown within 1 second in case of emergency. All core safety components are CE certified.
