High-Power Gasoline Drive + Hydraulic Feeding System
This industrial branch chipper is equipped with a 22HP V-twin 4-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine, delivering stable and strong cutting torque for continuous branch chipping. The hydraulic-driven M-type serrated feed roller clamps branches tightly with adjustable feeding speed, effectively preventing material slipping and jamming. The intelligent load control system automatically adjusts feeding speed according to engine load, ensuring safe and stable long-time operation.
Towable Wheeled Chassis for Flexible Cross-site Transfer
Built on a heavy-duty wheeled chassis with standard 2-inch trailer hitch, the machine can be towed by vehicles for fast transfer between work sites. Equipped with a foldable manual jack, it achieves stable leveling and fixation during operation to offset vibration. It is widely suitable for scattered landscaping, orchard and forestry mobile processing scenarios.
Automatic Hydraulic Feeding for High Throughput
The wide feeding inlet with hydraulic roller feeding realizes automatic traction feeding without manual pushing, greatly reducing labor intensity. The high-speed cutter disc processes branches into uniform wood chips in one pass, and the 360° rotatable discharge chute throws finished materials to the side or directly into transport containers. Fully automatic feeding and discharging significantly improve hourly processing efficiency.

The core cutting chamber adopts a heavy-duty cutter disc with 4 moving blades plus 1 fixed blade, featuring sharp cutting performance and excellent wear resistance.
