Three-Phase Electric Motor with Intelligent Load Control
This industrial branch chipper is equipped with a 55kW heavy-duty three-phase electric motor, delivering strong and stable cutting torque for continuous heavy-duty operation. The digital intelligent control system automatically stops feeding at high motor load and resumes feeding when load decreases, effectively preventing jamming and ensuring safe long-time operation.
Hydraulic M-Type Roller Feeding for High Throughput
The hydraulic-driven M-type wave feed roller with 450mm diameter provides strong clamping force, automatically pulling branches and logs into the cutting chamber without manual pushing. The hydraulic motor supports forward, reverse and stop three-position control, adapting to materials of different diameters and hardness, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving feeding efficiency.
Towable Chassis with Foldable Jack for Flexible Transfer
Built on a heavy-duty towable chassis with adjustable towing height, the machine can be towed by vehicles for fast cross-site transfer. The foldable manual jack achieves stable leveling and fixation during operation to offset vibration. Equipped with rear lights and feed lights, it adapts to outdoor mobile operation and night work scenarios.
High-Efficiency Disc Cutting System with Long-Distance Discharge
The core cutting chamber adopts a 560mm cutter disc with 4 moving blades plus 1 fixed blade, featuring sharp cutting performance and excellent wear resistance. The one-piece formed discharge pipe supports 360° direction adjustment with 7-meter throw height, allowing direct loading into transport vehicles. The precision-balanced spindle ensures stable operation, producing uniform wood chips that fully meet industrial raw material standards.
