Single-Axle Towable Chassis for Flexible Cross-Site Transfer
Built on a heavy-duty single-axle towable chassis with standard 2-inch ball hitch, the machine can be towed by vehicles for fast transfer between work sites. The foldable manual jack achieves stable leveling and fixation during operation to offset vibration. Equipped with road-legal lighting kit, it adapts to outdoor mobile operation and long-distance transfer.
**Hydraulic Roller Automatic Feeding for High Throughput
The double hydraulic serrated feed rollers provide strong clamping force, automatically pulling branches and logs into the cutting chamber without manual pushing. The hydraulic system supports forward, reverse and speed adjustment, adapting to materials of different diameters and hardness, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving continuous feeding efficiency.
High-Efficiency Disc Cutting System with Long-Distance Discharge
The core cutting chamber adopts a 560mm cutter disc with 4 moving blades plus 2 fixed blades, featuring sharp cutting performance and excellent wear resistance. The 360° rotatable discharge chute supports 7-meter throwing height, allowing direct loading into transport vehicles. The precision-balanced spindle ensures stable operation, producing uniform wood chips that fully meet industrial raw material standards
