Sawdust Production Machine
1000 sawdust production machine with optional 55–75 kW electric or 123–177 HP diesel drive, equipped with 8 double arc alloy blades on a 750 mm cutter disc running at 1500 r/min via belt drive, delivers 5–6 T/H crushing capacity for logs up to 400 mm diameter, produces 3–12 mm adjustable sawdust with fan-assisted top discharge. Featuring thickened welded steel plate body and wear-resistant cutting system, it supports fixed workshop installation or mobile forest farm operation, and can be matched with ultra fine sawdust grinder and sawdust homogenizing machine to further improve output fineness and uniformity, suitable for forestry wood processing, biomass energy production, mushroom cultivation substrate and wood pellet raw material processing.
