55kW 800 forced-feed sawdust making machine with 48 wear-resistant steel hammers, 780mm rotor running at 2400 r/min, delivers 2–3 t/H fine sawdust output for materials under 80mm.     The core grinding chamber adopts a 780mm large-diameter rotor with 48 pieces of thickened wear-resistant hammers, producing uniform fine sawdust through high-frequency impact grinding. The thick manganese steel liner features excellent impact and wear resistance, with a long service life under heavy-duty operation. The replaceable screen with 8–30mm optional sizes flexibly adjusts finished particle size to meet different production requirements.
