Heavy-Duty Belt Driven Drum Wood Chipper With Hydraulic Feed System
This industrial drum wood chipper adopts a large flywheel with multi-groove V-belt as main transmission, matched with a 55kW three-phase industrial main motor to deliver ultra-strong cutting torque. The hydraulic-driven double serrated feed rollers realize adjustable forced feeding speed, effectively preventing material slipping and jamming. The stable power design ensures reliable long-time continuous processing of whole logs, thick branches and waste wood materials.
Integrated Heavy Welded Steel Frame For Fixed Production Line Matching
The whole machine is made of thick steel plate fully welded integral heavy frame, with ultra-high structural rigidity to resist severe vibration during heavy cutting. The bottom is reserved for belt conveyor installation, and flat anchor feet can be locked by anchor bolts on workshop ground. It can be connected with upstream log conveyor and downstream screening equipment to form a fully automatic closed wood chipping production line.
Forced Roller Feeding + Bottom Belt Discharge For Large Throughput
Upper and lower serrated feeding rollers clamp logs and branches tightly for automatic traction feeding without manual pushing. The finished wood chips are delivered outward automatically by the bottom herringbone anti-skid conveyor belt, no secondary manual handling required. Large feeding caliber and high-speed drum cutting greatly improve hourly output, widely used in biomass power plants, paper mills and wood panel factories.
Dynamic Balanced Alloy Blade Drum Cutter For Uniform Wood Chips
The core cutting chamber is equipped with a dynamically balanced heavy cast steel drum cutter head, installed with 4 pieces of thickened quenched high-alloy chipper blades with strong impact resistance and wear resistance. Precision-calibrated cutting angle ensures uniform wood chip thickness, fully meeting the raw material standards of papermaking, biomass power generation and particleboard production. The fully sealed cutting bin reduces dust overflow and meets industrial environmental protection standards.
