    This industrial wood shaving machine adopts multiple independent three-phase motors, which drive the shaving spindle, upper feeding roller and lower feeding roller separately to ensure stable power output without interference. It is equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet with PLC, supporting centralized start-stop control, overload protection and phase loss protection, suitable for long-hour continuous processing of logs and wood blocks.

    Heavy-Duty Steel Frame with Maintenance Platform

    The whole machine adopts a thickened steel plate welded integral frame with ultra-high structural rigidity, effectively absorbing vibration during high-speed shaving operation. It is equipped with a top operation platform and maintenance ladder, facilitating daily inspection, blade replacement and equipment maintenance. The flat bottom support feet can be fixed on the workshop floor with anchor bolts for stationary production line layout.

    Automatic Roller Feeding + Uniform Shaving Output

    The automatic roller feeding system pulls raw materials into the shaving chamber at a constant speed, ensuring stable feeding and consistent shaving quality. The alloy steel blades produce uniform, soft and fluffy wood shavings with adjustable thickness from 0.8mm to 3.5mm. Bottom direct discharge enables smooth output of finished shavings, which can be directly connected to subsequent packaging or conveying equipment.

    High-Wear Alloy Blade System with Adjustable Thickness

    The core shaving chamber is equipped with hardened alloy steel blades with excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, capable of processing both softwood and hardwood raw materials. The shaving thickness can be adjusted according to production requirements to meet different application scenarios. The fully enclosed processing chamber reduces dust diffusion and meets workshop environmental protection requirements.
