    Elevated Heavy Frame with Safety Operation Platform

    The whole machine is built on an elevated heavy-duty steel welded frame with high structural rigidity and strong vibration resistance. It is equipped with a full-surround safety guardrail and operation platform, facilitating daily inspection, blade replacement and maintenance. The 8-point heavy anchor bolt fixation ensures stable operation under long-term heavy load, with low failure rate and long service life.

    Gravity Feed Hopper + Combined Blade & Hammer Grinding

    The extra wide top hopper supports bulk feeding by forklift or manual work, with smooth material falling and no jamming. The crushing chamber adopts cutting blade primary crushing + hammer blade secondary grinding structure, processing wood raw materials into uniform sawdust efficiently. The replaceable screen controls output size from 1mm to 10mm, meeting different raw material fineness requirements.

    Cyclone Separator + Air Conveying Automatic Discharge

    The discharge system adopts high-efficiency cyclone separator with air conveying design, which automatically collects and discharges finished sawdust through airflow, realizing continuous closed production with less dust. The high-position discharge port can be directly connected to packaging or storage equipment, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing manual collection labor.
